Proposals may be submitted electronically through the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) through BidNet Direct at www.bidnetdirect.com, or may be mailed or hand-delivered in a sealed envelope with the name of the Proposal and the name of the individual or company on the outside, to:
