GENERAL INFORMATION
The City Manager serves as the Director of Personnel in accordance with the City Charter, and the Assistant City Manager serves as the Secretary to the Civil Service Commission. The Assistant to the City Manager for Human Resources and Purchasing assists with the day-to-day operations of Human Resources activities.
